Please:
- Bring an open mind
- Come to practice on an empty stomach. No meals 3-4 hours prior to practice.
- Leave your shoes and belongings outside the shala door in the cubbies or in your car.
- Leave bottles of water and cell phones in the cubbies or in your car.
- Bring a yoga mat and a small towel with you to practice.
- Maintain silence entering the shala and while practicing.
- Wear clean and appropriate clothing for yoga practice.
- Toilets are available on the premises.
