Etiquette

Please:

 

  • Bring an open mind
  • Come to practice on an empty stomach. No meals 3-4 hours prior to practice.
  • Leave your shoes and belongings outside the shala door in the cubbies or in your car.
  • Leave bottles of water and cell phones in the cubbies or in your car.
  • Bring a yoga mat and a small towel with you to practice.
  • Maintain silence entering the shala and while practicing.
  • Wear clean and appropriate clothing for yoga practice.
  • Toilets are available on the premises.
