Join a three-day immersive experience with Olivier David delving into the essence of Ashtanga Yoga. From Mysore-style classes to talks, dynamic workshops, this weekend offers a unique opportunity to deepen your practice, gain fresh insights, and break through physical and mental barriers to uncover greater freedom and inner strength.

In life we build barriers & walls within ourselves to feel safe and secure. In Ashtanga Yoga we break them down to uncover the freedom and peace we have within us. We’ll be using backbending and hip opening postures to unlock and release these barriers and walls.

Island hop with us on a private boat as we explore three different islands located around Siargao. This is a day of snorkeling, relaxing, & exploring. Have a traditional filipino lunch on a banana leaf & catch a wave when there’s a nice surf break.

The venue ~ Vedya Siargao is a place to gather, learn, relax, & enjoy. this place was created by myself & 3 friends all with a shared vision of wellness, travel, & good food. We have our own vegetarian restaurant: @vedyakarinderya that is located on our land which is open from 7:30-4:00pm daily with amazing coffee & nutritious food. There is a shared kitchen inside vedya for those who enjoy cooking. we reuse, reduce, recycle, and compost, leaving a positive footprint on our environment.

We will open our retreat on August 20th with a community dinner & close our retreat with a group lunch August 27th.

The island ~ it is no secret that the Philippines is home to many of the best beaches in the world. With over 7,000 islands to choose from, Siargao is always ranked amongst the top 3 tourist destinations. It is known for its laid back vibes, eco friendly lifestyle, surf, warm deserted beaches, & an endless supply of coconuts. It is home to the famous Cloud 9, where international surf competitions are held. There are over 15 different surf breaks around the island & plenty of options for every skill level, so if you are just starting out or are already riding the waves, this is the place to be.
