Ashtanga Yoga Sunshine Coast

We’re dedicated to building an inclusive yoga community open to all levels of practitioners and all walks of life. We teach traditional Ashtanga Yoga as taught and passed down by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and Paramaguru R. Sharath Jois. We offer daily Mysore style yoga classes that teach this ancient practice on an individual bases in a group setting. We look forward to sharing this journey with you and to continue passing on this beautiful lineage of yoga practice. See you on the mat and in the shala (yoga room) soon!
